Swoop Airlines

Swoop operates on a pay-per-use model for baggage. All baggage (carry-on and checked) incurs a fee. Fees vary based on route, weight, and time of purchase. We highly recommend pre-purchasing baggage online via 'My Bookings' for the best rates.

Flight changes or cancellations can be made via 'My Bookings' on our website, subject to applicable fees and fare rules. Changes cannot be made within 24 hours of departure. Refunds are generally not offered for cancellations, but travel credits may be available depending on the fare purchased.

Online check-in opens 24 hours and closes 60 minutes before scheduled departure. We strongly recommend checking in online and printing your boarding pass or using a mobile boarding pass to save time at the airport.

If your flight is cancelled by Swoop, you will typically be offered a rebooking on the next available Swoop flight, or a full refund to the original form of payment. Please refer to our Tariff and Conditions of Carriage for full details.

Please contact our customer service team at least 48 hours prior to your flight if you require special assistance, such as wheelchair services, visual/hearing impairment support, or travelling with a service animal. Early notification ensures we can make the necessary arrangements.
